1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and pop99 ("Platform" or "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you register an account, access or use any part of the pop99 platform.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be considered as your acceptance of the amended terms. pop99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to players.

This document should be read together with the pop99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.

2. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) pop99 account. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated without a refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including:

• Active mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth for age verification

3. Eligibility & Age Limit

To be eligible to use pop99 services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Not a player who has imposed a self-exclusion on themselves at any platform
• Not in a state of problem gambling recognised by any authority or professional body
• Not acting on behalf of a third party in any transaction on this platform

pop99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all balances will be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pop99 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all methods
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet in the name of the registered player. pop99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Players are responsible for ensuring that the account details provided are correct; pop99 is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

pop99 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal for identity verification or legal compliance purposes. Players will be notified of any delayed withdrawal via email or live chat.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by pop99 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players must fulfil these requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The pop99 welcome bonus — 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888 — is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. pop99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means deemed invalid, including the use of multiple accounts or system abuse.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback, VIP programme and special offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant page. Any dispute regarding bonuses will be resolved based on pop99 system records, which are considered final.

6. Player Responsibilities

Players are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This includes keeping their password and login information confidential. pop99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.

Players are prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised method to interact with the platform
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Uploading or distributing harmful, obscene or illegal content
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical errors in the pop99 system
• Using funds obtained illegally for any transaction on the platform

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

In situations of self-closure for responsible gambling purposes, pop99 will process the request promptly and ensure the player is unable to access the platform for the requested period.

9. Limitation of Liability

pop99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical disruptions, system outages or scheduled maintenance
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's negligence in safeguarding their login information
• Any financial decision made based on information available on this platform

The pop99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranty that the platform will operate without interruption at all times.

10. Changes to These Terms

pop99 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except for changes required by law which may take effect immediately.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered as your acceptance of the amended terms.
